How to Track HYROX Boston Results Live

The official event page promises that each athlete’s “result time [is] posted on the leaderboard as you compete,” along with an individual finish time and split timings for each workout. Here’s how to use it on race day:

  1. Find the start time first. Look the athlete up on the HYROX start list once start times go live (about three days out). Start times can’t be changed, so this tells you exactly when to start watching.
  2. Open the official results site. Go to hyroxresults.com and choose the current season and the Boston event.
  3. Pick the right division. Results are split by division — HYROX (Open) Men or Women, Pro, Doubles (men, women, mixed), Pro Doubles and Relay — and you can narrow further by age group. Searching the wrong division is the most common reason people “can’t find” a result.
  4. Search by name. For doubles and relays, search one team member’s name or the team name used at registration.
  5. Refresh, don’t panic. Split times are recorded at timing points on the course, so the leaderboard fills in as the athlete moves through the stations rather than second by second.

Want a second view after the race? Independent sites such as HYRESULT republish HYROX results with rankings and comparison tools. Treat the official results site as the source of truth if the numbers ever differ.

How to Read Your HYROX Splits

A HYROX result is more than one finish time. Every race is 8 × 1 km runs, each followed by a workout station, so your split breakdown shows where you gained and lost time:

SegmentWhat it tells you
Runs 1–8Your pacing. A big fade from Run 1 to Run 8 usually means you went out too fast or the sleds cost more than planned.
Stations 1–8SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. Compare each one with athletes in your division and age group.
Roxzone / transitionsThe time between the run course and each station. Many first-timers lose several minutes here without noticing.

Plug your splits into the GridRox Pace Calculator to set targets for your next race, and read our HYROX pacing guide to fix the biggest leaks.
