In a fitness race, grip usually fails before your legs do: on the 200 m farmers carry, on the sled pull rope, and again on the wall balls when your forearms are cooked. This adjustable hand grip strengthener lets you train grip a few minutes at a time, anywhere.
Features
- Adjustable resistance from 5 to 60 kg (about 11–132 lb) — turn the dial to set the load and watch the scale on the handle.
- Non-slip textured handles that stay put with sweaty hands.
- Steel spring for a smooth, consistent squeeze.
- About 5 oz — small enough for a desk drawer or gym bag.
- Color: black/orange.
A Simple Grip Routine
- Warm up: 2 x 15 easy squeezes at a light setting.
- Strength: 3–4 sets of 8–10 squeezes per hand at a setting you can just finish, 2–3 times a week.
- Endurance: once a week, hold a squeeze for 20–30 seconds per hand, 3 rounds — it mimics the long hold of a farmers carry.
Grip training adds to station work, it doesn’t replace it — keep doing heavy carries and sled pulls in the gym. Check the race loads in our weights guide, plan your session with the 12-week training plan, and protect your hands with our half-finger grip gloves.
Stop if you feel pain in your hand, wrist or elbow. Start light and increase the setting gradually.
