Halfway through the sandbag lunges nobody can do mental math. These race split pace bands put your plan on your wrist: the cumulative target time after each of the 8 runs and 8 stations, so one glance tells you whether you’re on pace for your goal.
Five Target Times
Each set includes one band for each finish goal: sub 1:00, sub 1:10, sub 1:20, sub 1:30 and sub 1:40. Each band shows:
- Your target run lap time, including the transition into each station (for example, 5:45 on the sub 1:20 band)
- 16 checkpoints: R1, SkiErg, R2, Sled Push, R3, Sled Pull, R4, Burpee Broad Jumps, R5, Row, R6, Farmers Carry, R7, Sandbag Lunges, R8, Wall Balls, and your finish
The splits come from the same race-result data as our free Pace Calculator (Open division; each band averages the men’s and women’s targets). Want splits for your exact goal, division and gender? Run it through the calculator, then pick the band closest to your plan.
Details
- Size: about 10 x 1 in (254 x 25 mm) — fits most wrists.
- Material: waterproof synthetic band that won’t turn to mush with sweat.
- Closure: one-time peel-and-stick tab, like an event wristband.
- Weight: a few grams — you won’t notice it.
- Set of 5 (one per target time) or set of 10 (two of each — one for race day, one for your last simulation workout).
- Product images are design mockups; print colors may vary slightly.
How to Use It
- Pick the band for your goal and wear a matching one in your final race-simulation session.
- On race day, check the band as you leave each station — that’s when you can still adjust.
- Ahead early? Bank it on the sleds and wall balls, not on Run 1. See our pacing guide.
Event rules on what you can wear change from season to season — check your race’s rulebook before wearing anything on course, and read our race day checklist.
Pairs well with our race number belt with gel loops and elastic no-tie shoelaces.
