HYROX Results Explained: How to Find Your Results, Read Your Splits & Roxzone Time

Anatomy of a HYROX result: runs, stations and Roxzone

You crossed the line, the adrenaline is fading, and now you want to know exactly how it went. HYROX results give you far more than a finish time: every run, every station, and the time you spent in the Roxzone moving between them. This guide shows where to find your result (live and after the race), how to read your splits, and how to work out your Roxzone time. We’ll use the two Pro winners from HYROX Boston 2026 as worked examples.

Where to Find HYROX Results

Where to find HYROX results: live leaderboard, results.hyrox.com and mirrors

During the race: the live leaderboard

Official event pages say that your “result time [is] posted on the leaderboard as you compete,” with split timings for each workout. Your timing chip (worn on your ankle) records each timing point, so the HYROX live results fill in as an athlete moves through the course, not second by second. To follow someone, find their start time on the official start list (published about three days before an event), then follow them on the leaderboard once their wave goes. Our how to watch HYROX live guide walks through it step by step.

After the race: results.hyrox.com

The rulebook says results are published immediately after each event at results.hyrox.com, the official home of HYROX race results (hyroxresults.com redirects there). To find yours:

  1. Choose the season and the event.
  2. Pick the right division — Open, Pro, Doubles, Pro Doubles, Relay, Adaptive — and narrow by age group if you like.
  3. Search by name. For Doubles and Relay, search a team member’s name or the team name used at registration.

Results can change for 48 hours. The rulebook allows penalties to be added or results amended for up to 48 hours after an event ends, so check again before you share a final time.

If the official site won’t load

Honest note: results.hyrox.com returned a “403 Forbidden” error to our servers when we checked in October 2026 — some networks, VPNs and automated tools appear to be blocked. If that happens to you, try another network or device, or use hyroxresults.com (which redirects there). Independent sites such as HYRESULT republish results with rankings and comparison tools. If the numbers ever differ, the official site wins.

Looking for photos rather than times? Those come from Sportograf, separately from results — about 48 hours after your race, provided you wore the photo wristband (the official event pages explain how).

How to Read Your HYROX Splits

HYROX race order: eight 1 km runs and eight stations, with the Roxzone between them

Every HYROX race follows the same order: 8 × 1 km runs, each followed by a station — SkiErg 1,000 m, Sled Push 50 m, Sled Pull 50 m, Burpee Broad Jumps 80 m, Row 1,000 m, Farmers Carry 200 m, Sandbag Lunges 100 m and Wall Balls (100 reps). Your HYROX splits break your time into those pieces:

SplitWhat to look for
Run 1–8Consistency. A big gap between Run 1 and Runs 6–8 means you went out too fast or the sleds took more out of you than planned.
Stations 1–8Your weak links. Compare each station with athletes of similar finish time in your division and age group.
RoxzoneThe transitions. Small per visit, but they add up over 16 entries and exits.

One quirk to remember: venues lay out the run course in laps, and individual laps can differ slightly in length. The rulebook says every race still totals 8,000 m of running, so compare whole-race run totals between events rather than single laps.

Roxzone Time: What It Is and How It’s Calculated

The Roxzone is the transition area between the run course and the workout stations — you enter and exit it through the IN and OUT arches. It isn’t a station, but the clock doesn’t stop while you’re in it.

Your total time breaks down into three parts:

Total time = run splits + station splits + Roxzone time

So if your result shows totals for running and stations, you can work out the rest:

Roxzone time = Total time − (sum of 8 run splits) − (sum of 8 station splits)

Worked examples: Boston 2026 Pro winners

Dylan Scott (Pro Men)Willow Collins (Pro Women)
Total54:421:00:07
Runs (8 × 1 km)27:5429:22
Stations (8)23:3327:02
Roxzone54:42 − 27:54 − 23:33 = 3:151:00:07 − 29:22 − 27:02 = 3:43

Totals as listed on HYRESULT’s Boston 2026 athlete pages (checked October 15, 2026); the winning times match the official podium reported by BOXROX. See our HYROX Boston 2026 results for every Pro podium.

Two takeaways from the winners. First, both spent more than half their race running (27:54 of 54:42 for Scott). Second, even the best athletes in the field spend over three minutes in the Roxzone. For most age-group athletes the Roxzone is longer, and some of that time is free to win back.

Turn Your Splits Into a Plan

  • Running fade? Use the pace calculator to set even run targets for your goal time, and read the pacing guide.
  • One station far behind your peers? Wall balls are the most common culprit late in the race — our HYROX wall balls guide covers weights, targets and progressions.
  • Slow Roxzone? Practise transitions in training. Know the station order, walk the course before your wave, and plan where to drink.
  • Not sure what’s “good”? Benchmarks by division are in what is a good HYROX time.

What the HYROX Leaderboard Ranks

The HYROX leaderboard ranks results from fastest to slowest within each division at each event, with a separate ranking inside each age group. If you race the same division twice at one event, only your fastest time counts for ranking, and you can only make the podium once. Results from Pro races can also feed the new season-long points rankings — see how qualifying for Worlds 2027 works.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find my HYROX results?

On results.hyrox.com (hyroxresults.com redirects there). Choose the season, event and division, then search by name. Results appear live during the race and are final once the 48-hour amendment window has passed.

How is Roxzone time calculated?

Roxzone time = total time − your eight run splits − your eight station splits. At Boston 2026, Dylan Scott’s Roxzone time was 3:15 and Willow Collins’s was 3:43.

Can I follow HYROX live results?

Yes. Times post to the official leaderboard as athletes race, filling in at each timing point. Find the athlete’s start time on startlist.hyrox.com first.

Why can’t I open results.hyrox.com?

The site sometimes blocks certain networks with a 403 error. Try a different network or device. Independent sites such as HYRESULT mirror the results, but treat the official site as the source of truth.
