Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. During peak seasons (holidays, race season) delivery may take a few days longer.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking number is emailed once the order ships and typically becomes active within 2–5 days.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by your local customs office. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Address / Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address or order details? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll take care of it. Once an order has shipped we are unable to modify it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, reach out to us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
