Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email hello@gridrox.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping address
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
- Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened nutrition products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
